Donald Dennis LALONDE

LALONDE, Donald Dennis - 73, Eastern Passage, passed away May 2, 2004, in Camp Hill Veterans' Memorial Building, QEII, Halifax. Born June 10, 1930, in Winnipeg, Man., he was a son of the late Peter and Margaret (Sabine) Lalonde. Don was a veteran of the Korean War and was a boiler maker by trade. He is survived by his former wife, Joan (Slaunwhite) Lalonde; sons, Gary (Trina), Dartmouth; Randy, Hamilton, Ont.; Robert, Dartmouth; Greg (Micheline), Eastern Passage; daughters, Diane (Jerry) Haynie, Dartmouth; Donna (Trevor) Jones, Porters Lake; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There will be no service. The family would like to offer heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Camp Hill Veterans' Memorial Building, QEII, who cared for our father with such kindness and support.
