Lena STACEY

HAMMOND, LENA (1940-2007) - Lena Hammond of Bairdsville passed away at Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph Hospital on May 13th, 2007. Born in Tobique River, NB on November 19th, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Elva (Smith) Stacey. Lena leaves behind her husband, Robert Hammond of Bairdsville; her daughter, Elizabeth (Roger) Harris of Lincoln, NB; her son, James (Johna) Hammond of Beechwood; her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Pellegrino of Massena, New York, Rose (Charles) Fournier of Currie Siding; her brothers, Daniel (Joanne) Stacey of Quaker Brook, Roy (Marilyn) Stacey of Plaster Rock; four granddaughters, Stacey, Sarah, Fiona, and Carlee. Lena was a life member of the Women's Institute of Dover Hill and the Anglican Church Women. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday, May 15th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 16th, 2007 at 11 am from the Brunswick Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. John Mills officiating. Interment will be in the Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
