Valerie Margaret CLOWATER

VALERIE MARGARET LYONS JUNE 27, 1940 – MAY 16, 2007 Valerie Margaret Lyons (Clowater) woke up on Wednesday, May 16, 2007 and began her day as usual. After reading her Bible, off to a prayer meeting she went. It was at this place where God changed that day's plan. She booked a passage in the ship of Zion, that she read in Gods word sometime ago; it would take her home. Valerie boarded the ship and the captain took one look and waived her on. She didn't need a ticket, for it had been purchased a long time ago. Valerie smiled, as she thought about the fond memories of her life. She thought of her husband, Marven; her children, Rickey Lyons (Shelly), Ronda O'Donnell (Chris), Susan Coy (David), Brenda Pelletier (Robert), Graham Lyons (Penny); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Danielle), Erica (John), Jessica, Andrew, Tiffany, Benjamin, Tonya, Valene, Emily, Jenny, Terri-Lee, Joshua, and great-granddaughter, Alyia; brothers, Perley (Phoebe) and Boyd (Charlena); sisters, Mona and Juanita (Mason). Valerie settled in her seat, fell asleep and with her new awakening realized the ship has landed. Waiting at the door to greet her with open arms, was Jesus, her Lord and Savior. Valerie smiled, she was home at last. She had a pleasant journey. Valerie was predeceased by her parents, Ronald and May (Stewart) Clowater; infant son, Raymond; three infant siblings; sisters, Eva and Marion; brother, Harold and daughter-in-law Bonny. Visitation will take place at the McNamee Pentecostal Assembly, McNamee, New Brunswick, Friday from 7-9 pm and Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Going Home Celebration will be held at the McNamee Pentecostal Assembly, Sunday, May 20, 2007 at 11 am with Pastor Cole Price officiating. Interment will take place in Porter's Cove Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the McNamee Pentecostal Assembly Youth Fund or to the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
