CHARLES LAURIE BOWEN Obits - Friday, April 27, 2007 Updated @ 9:40:20 AM Charles Laurie Bowen, of RR 4 Chesley passed away at Hanover and District Hospital on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 in his 80th year. Laurie was a longtime dedicated volunteer of Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority. Beloved husband of Mary Day (Carrick). Loving father of John and his wife Julie of Mississauga and Kelly and her husband Shane Watson of Chesley. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Heidi, Abby and Lucy. Laurie will be missed by his cousin Catherine White of Toronto. He was predeceased by his parents, Selby (Clem) and Muriel (Brown) Bowen. Visitation was held at Cameron Funeral Home, Chesley on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service was held on Monday, April 23, 2007. Interment Chesley Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Saugeen Valley Conservation Foundations - Memorial Grove Fund would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
