Leontine BROCHU

LEHOUX, Leontine (nee Brochu) Early Thursday morning, with her children by her bedside, Leontine passed away at the age of 91 at the Foyer Richelieu. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Ludger, who passed away in 1980 and her daughter Monique Morin who also predeceased her in 2000. Loving mother of Rejean (Linda), Bibiane Resch, Liliane Beauparlant (Michel), Larry (Michelle) and Marc (Diane) and son in law Phil Morin. She will be sadly missed by her 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Leontine is also survived by two sisters, Marie Ange Corriveau and Jeanne Champagne, four sisters in law Marie-Claire Brochu, Simone Lehoux, Therese Lehoux and Alma Brochu as well as many nieces and nephews. Leontine was predeceased by her parents Marie (Corriveau) and Neré Brochu as well as brothers Joseph Honoré, Louis, Theodore, Arthur, Alphonse Alcide, George, Jean, Alphonse Joseph, and Joseph and sisters Octavie Marie, Jeanne Champagne, Marie Maurice, Berthe Michaud and many sisters and brothers in law. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be celebrated Saturday May 12th at Église Sacré Coeur at 11 am. Committal at Holy Cross Cemetery. A vigil will be celebrated Friday at 7:30pm. If desired donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Society may be made in lieu of flowers. 10649843
