LUOMA, Rudy (Skippy) - Rudy (Skippy) Luoma of Woodland Beach, formerly of Sudbury, passed away peacefully at the Penetanguishene General Hospital on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Blanche Pope (predeceased) and special friend of Madelaine Spence. Dear father of the late Edward (Barbara) Luoma of Wahnapitae, Diane (James) Mitchelle of Alberta, Nancy (Joe) Pernu of Wahnapitae, Tanya (Pierre) Boudreau of Hanmer, Deborah (Reg) Gareau of Sudbury, and Susan Luoma (friend Eino Rossi) of Sudbury. Beloved grandfather of Natalie, Adam, Greg, Karen, Shawn, Shannon, James, Ken, Jennifer, Steffon, Andrew, and Gerry. Also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Alice Koski and Tillie Maki. A Service of Remembrance was held on April 14th in Elmvale. Celebration of his life for family and friends Sunday, May 6th 1 to 4 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, 1696 Regent Street, Sudbury. 10638827
