MARIER, Donald - In loving memory of Donald Marier, 73 years, who passed away at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site on Wednesday, April 25th, 2007. Beloved husband of Anne (nee Pilon) of Sudbury. Loving father of Carole McGarry (husband Bruce) of Garson and Raymond (companion Michelle) of Whitefish. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Devon and Keenan. Dear brother of Lawrence (wife Lilianne) of Sudbury. Also missed by his “four legged friend“ Digger. Donald was born in Sudbury on February 28th, 1934, the son of Elias and Lucienne, both predeceased. He worked at INCO as a miner and retired in 1994 with 25 years of service with the company. His favourite pastimes were playing cards and camping but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren who he absolutely adored and would do anything for them. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. (at Hazel St.), Sudbury. Funeral Mass at St-Dominique's Church, 1241 Diane St. Sudbury, on Saturday, April 28th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow at Parklawn Crematorium.
