WINGER, JOAN Passed away peacefully on Sunday April 29, 2007 at the Port Colborne General Hospital. Joan Winger in her 71st year. Loving sister of Vera Brown of Fort Erie and John (Eileen) Winger of Niagara Falls. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Ross, her mother Eleanor and her sister Ruth Webb. Joan's family would like to thank Sherri of Bethesda, Lorna, her caregiver and all of the caring nurses of 2 South for going above and beyond in their care for Joan. Cremation has occurred. A private family graveside service will be held at a later time. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the PORT COLBORNE CHAPEL of DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES 135 Clarence St..
