WAUGH, Elsie - Mrs. Elsie Waugh of Cornwall at the Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus on Wednesday May 30, 2007 age 72 years. Beloved wife of the late James Waugh. Loved mother of Fay Russell (Wayne), John (Judy), Jeffrey, James Jr. (Vickey), Percy (Lori), and Mark (Kathleen). Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Predeceased by her parents Percy Smith Sr. and Mabel Holden; brothers Percy and Tommy and sister Marjorie. Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall from 2 PM Friday June 1st. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday June 2, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Captain Glenn Wirachowsky of the Salvation Army officiating. Interment at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery, Cornwall. Visitation Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Saturday 8:30-9:45 AM.
