Frederick Irving SHACKLETON

SHACKLETON, Frederick Irving "Eric" Peacefully, following a lengthy struggle with leukaemia, on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at age 76. A loving husband the true friend to Marion. A wonderful father to Michael (Michele) and Jane (Peter). Proud grandfather to Adam, Daniel, Eric and Eliza and dear friend to Martine and Andy. Eric was an Architect (retired) and filled his time with his love of family, sailing, lawn bowling, golfing, curling, skiing and model airplane flying. He will be sadly missed by his sister Jean, nephews David and Simon (Alex). He will be fondly remembered by Alan and family, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Trull Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2704 Yonge Street (five blocks south of Lawrence) on Tuesday, May 22nd at 1:00 p.m. A reception at the funeral home will follow the service. In remembrance of Eric, please support the Canadian Blood Services.
