TUREK, Stanislawa - At Woodstock General Hospital on Monday, April 30, 2007, Stanislawa Turek (nee Stanik) in her 94th year. Predeceased by her husband Franciszek Turek (1983) and son Miroslaw Turek (1971). Beloved mother of Stella Krukowski and her husband Marian of Brantford, Marian Turek and his wife Christine of Woodstock, and Jozef Turek and his wife Stanislawa of Poland. Cherished grandmother of Tom (Lisa), Beata (John) and Jola (Adrian), all of Brantford; Andrew, Donna, Alicia, Piotr (Lucyna) and Pawel (Anna), all of Woodstock; Tomek, Wiola and Gabrys, all of Poland. Also survived by her five great grandchildren, Daniel, Audra, Mikolaj, Szymon and Blake. Sister of Franciszek Stanik of Poland. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Rosary prayers at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 169 Ingersoll Road, Woodstock on Thursday, May 3, 2007 at 10:00 am with Father Matthias Wronski as celebrant. Interment at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
