HYDE, Charles Douglas “Doug” – Peacefully at Eventide Nursing Home on Tuesday May 22, 2007 at the age of 83. Son of the late LeGrande and Hattie Hyde, and was predeceased by his sister Doris. Doug will be sadly missed by his friends at Cavendish Manor and Main Street Baptist Church, where he was a devoted member for many years. A veteran of WWII, Doug served with the Royal Canadian Navy. A graveside service will take place at Lundy's Lane Cemetery on Tuesday May 29th at 10 o'clock. In memory of Doug donations to Main Street Baptist Church would be appreciated.
