DALE, E. Elizabeth (nee Thackeray) Peacefully at Central Park Retirement Residence on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Professor Douglas Dale. Loving mother of Kathy Memme (Dan). Predeceased by her children Bill, Jim, Rick and Margy. Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Christopher and Andrew Memme. Loving daughter of the late Dr. J.B. Thackeray and Mrs. Ethel Thackeray. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Wednesday, June 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 28 at 10 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or to Kingsway United Church would be appreciated.
