MURPHY Thomas Edward At the Jewish General Hospital on September 2, 2004 aged 97 years. Predeceased by his first wife, Eileen Bernadette Kane. Beloved husband of Eileen Devine. Dear father of Gerald (Nancy) and Charles (Dorothy). Cherished grandfather of Michael (Theresa), Danny (Alina), Kathy (Bob), Wendy (David), Colleen (Pierre), Roderick (Dawn), Sean (Chantal), Alanna (Jim) and Tara (Tom). Great-grandfather of Thomas, Matthew, Samara, Lauvia, Alexandre, Vanessa, Jaclyn AND Madeleine, Devon, Brendan, Riley and Joseph. Survived by his sister Eileen Fox of Dublin, Ireland and his brother Charles Murphy of Vancouver, BC. Predeceased by his beloved brother Bill (May) and his sister Mary. Special brother-in-law of Patricia Preston (George). He will be sadly missed by Eileen's sons: Brian, Michael and Kevin. Visitation at the Kane and Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Sunday from 7 to 9 pm and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Richard 's Church (7070 Guelph Rd.) on Tuesday, September 7 at 10:00 am, thence to Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
