Margaret Constance DRISCOLL

WALSH, MARGARET CONSTANCE (DRISCOLL) - (1925-2007). The death of Margaret Constance (Driscoll) Walsh, 83, of West Saint John, widow of Harry McVicar Walsh, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on July 23, 2007. Born in West Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Daniel J. Driscoll and Mary S. (O'Neil) Driscoll. Margaret was a life long member of Our Lady of Assumption Church. Margaret worked at Donovan's Store prior to her marriage then was a devoted wife and mother. She loved to play bingo and cards and spending time with all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret will be sadly missed by her loving family. Survived by sons, Thomas J., Daniel E. (Holly), Patrick J., Peter M. (Linda), Paul M., daughters Mary C. (Gordon) Hovey, Betty Lou (Michael) Brown, Theresa E. (Donald), Helen M. (Eddie Kane), one sister Catherine F. Burhoe, nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, godson Terry Bastarache, special caregiver Brenda Grant and son-in-law Michael Weaver. Predeceased by brothers Billy, Louis, Jim and sister Mary B. Driscoll, sons Harry J., Francis (Freckles) Walsh, daughter Margaret Ann Weaver. Resting at Castle Funeral Home (Fallsview Chapel), 309 Lancaster Avenue, Tuesday July 24, 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday July 25, 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 12 Noon at Our Lady of Assumption Church, Dufferin Row. Remembrances to Palliative Care Unit Saint John Regional Hospital or to donor's choice. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. July 25, 2007
