MANDAU, Waldemar - Suddenly and unexpectedly, he went to be with his Lord while on a family vacation, Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at the age of 68 years. Devoted husband to Anni Mandau and loving father to Rodney (Lorene) Mandau and Nancy (Ed) Wall. Proud Opa to Lukas, Noah, Taia, Jayden and Caleb. Survived by his sister Lydia. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Wanda and brother Richard. Special thanks to all who helped at Elim Lodge as well as the staff at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Saturday 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Scott St. Mennonite Brethren Church, 339 Scott St. on Monday, August 20th at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
