OAKS, Arthur William (Bill) - Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday August 17th, 2007 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of 51 loving years to wife Mary. Loving father to son Randall Dean “Randy“ (Deborah). Loving brother to Gordon James (Esther) of Edmonton, Alberta. Predeceased by his parents Donald John and Barbara Jean Oaks; brother Donald J. Jr. and sister Barbara Jean. In accordance to Bill's wishes cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Catharines Hospital Palliative Care or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
