Roger CORMIER

Roger (Godé) Cormier 1952 - 2007 BOUCTOUCHE, NB - Roger Cormier, age 55, of Bouctouche, passed away after a brief illness, at the Dr Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Saturday, August 18th, 2007. Married to Maria LeBlanc, he was born in Bouctouche on April 18th, 1952. He was the son of the late Georges and the late Sara (Née Arsenault) Cormier. Roger was a fortune teller at the Pays de la Sagouine, Bouctouche and did some maintenance work for Juge Guy Richard for 18 years. He is survived by his wife, Maria; two daughters, Lucille Cormier (Ricky Doiron) and Sara-Ann Cormier (Joey Savoie) both of Bouctouche; two sons, Georges (Julie) and Roger Jr. both of Bouctouche; four sisters, Ronalda Cormier (Joseph), Elizabeth Nowlan (Bobby Hicks), Bella Duplessis (Gerald) all of Bouctouche and Marianne Nowlan of Moncton; one brother, Léonard of Bouctouche; two grandchildren, Tyler and Lacey; and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by three sisters, Marguerite, Laura and Doris. Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche, on Monday, August 20th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Tuesday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 4 pm on Tuesday, August 21st, 2007, at the Saint-Jean-Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche. Internment will be in parish cemetery.
