John, devoted husband of Betty (Adams) Malkiewicz. Beloved father of Maria (Rob Sonier) and Lisa (Ken Pryde). Adoring grandfather of Mathew, Sarah, Ryan and Caroline. He leaves to mourn his sister Eva, Edmonton, his mother-in-law Mrs. Margaret Adams, one aunt and one uncle as well as other relatives and friends in Saint-John, N.B. Visitation will take place on Friday September 24, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, DDO, (514) 685-3344. A funeral mass will be held in St-Patrick of the Island Parish Church, 278 Shamrock Dr. Pincourt on Saturday September 25, 2004 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
