SMITH, Robert (Bob) Allen - Peacefully at Quinte Healthcare Belleville General on Monday, September 3, 2007, at age 72. Son of the late Murray and Eva Smith of Madoc. Beloved husband of Margaret (Franks) for almost fifty years. Loved father of David (Susan Clarke), Edmonton, AB; Ted (Sheri Cranston), Madoc; and Darrin (Bonnie Dafoe), Stirling. Loved grandpa of Amber (Alex Broek), Tyler, Cass, Taylor and Rebecca. Cherished brother of Sheila Matchett, Belleville and Gayle (Brian) Blakely, Madoc. Beloved brother-in-law of Glenn (Donna) Franks, Molly (Joe) Ferren and David (Wanda) Franks. Bob will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered by his many customers at Bob Smith Automotive in Madoc, along with his many friends and neighbours. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the McCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, Madoc, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday.
