LETTIERI, Vince - It is with the deepest sadness that the family of Vince announce his sudden passing at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday August 31, 2007 in his 47th year. Beloved husband of Frances (Gentile) and loving father of Anthony (his pride and joy). Cherished son of Domenica and the late Antonio (2005). Son-in-law of Pasquale and Eleonora Gentile. Dear brother of Natalina (Jeff) Kelly, Tommaso (Patty) and Mike (Josephine). Brother-in- law of Marianne (Gaetano) DiPietro and Joe (Matilda) Gentile. Vince will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Vince lived life for the moment and enjoyed each one of them. He will forever be remembered for his humour and generosity and his profound sense of loyalty and love towards his family and friends. Vince began his career with Oshawa Foods and then moved to Sobey's as a store manager for over 15 years while spending an additional 5 years as a proud franchisee for Fortino's. He also served on the boards of Guardia Lombardi and Nelephant Montesorri School. Vince's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton Street on Tuesday from 7-9 pm and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held from St. Alfred's Church 272 Vine Street St. Catharines on Thursday September 6, 2007 at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
