HIGGS, A.W. "Bing" Peacefully in Ottawa on Friday, July 16th, 2004. Beloved husband of Geraldene. Loving father of Sandra Higgs-Nesbitt (Mark) and James (Joanne). Survived by 3 sisters and several nieces in England. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Monday, July 19th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday, July 20th, 2004 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
