Walter Raymond Fitzpatrick April 17, 1899 - July 13, 1958 Former District Circulation Manager For Eagle Dies. Walter Raymond Fitzpatrick, 59, of Wichita, former district circulation manager for the Wichita Eagle, died Saturday at his home. He had been an invalid for the past five years. He had resided in Wichita for 32 years. Mr. Fitzpatrick was born April 17, 1899, in Yates Center, Kansas. He came to Iola, Kansas. He owned and operated a barbershop at 911 Franklin for 15 years until ill health forced him to give it up. Mr. Fitzpatrick was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Eunice; two sons, Nevan E., Santa Ana, Calif. And Merwyn U.S. Navy. And two brothers, L.H. Hays Kan. And C..D. Blue Springs, Mo.
