ASSIM, Alexander (Alex) World War II Air Force Veteran Retired National Defence Passed away in hospital on Tuesday September 7, 2004 in his 88th year. Alexander Assim, son of the late Admed Assim and Edna Wahab. Predeceased by his wife Edith (Gertie) and by his companion, Lila. Father of Alexis, Charlene and Saundra. Grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also mourned by his friend Madeleine. Cremation to be followed by private interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
