Celia COHEN

RUDNER, Celia (nee Cohen). Peacefully in her ninety-third year at Le Strathmore Residence, Dorval, Qc. on Thursday, September 8, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Jack. She was the loving daughter of the late Aaron Cohen and the late Ethel (Aronovitch) Cohen. She was the sister of the late Abie Cohen (Rachel) of Kibbutz Hatzor in Israel. She is survived by her sisters Rita Ryant (Maurice) of Ottawa, Faye Globus (Jack) of Montreal, and by numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and in Israel. Celia was born in Montreal. She had a long and distinguished career as a legal secretary. She was beloved by her family, her brothers-in-law and sister-in-law and by her nieces and nephews to whom she showed much love, compassion and generosity. The family would like to thank the staff at Le Strathmore for many years of care and devoted service to Celia. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, September 10 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Congregation Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, Beth Yehuda Section, de la Savane.
