FRASER, Joan Beatrice. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at the age of seventy-seven years. Beloved mother of Corey (Luc Albert) and Jillian and cherished grandmother of Simone. Fondly remembered by many dear friends including best friend, Joan Shackell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a Charity of your choice.
