GILBEY, Wayne P. November 7, 1950 - September 18, 2004. The family sadly announces the passing of Wayne P. Gilbey. He leaves to celebrate his life his wife Dorothy, son Leslie, daughters Dara (Jean-Pierre), Marissa and Carena, mother Joan, brother Howard (Dorothy), sister Janice (Ron) Ilko and their families, in-laws Lawrence and Mary Banack, Marybelle Wideman (Ron), Laurie, Lyle (Leaha), Glenn (Hazel), Allan (Connie) and their families as well as many other relatives and friends. Wayne was predeceased by his father Leslie (Buddy). Prayers will be held Wednesday, September 22, 7:00 p.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church 5105 - 45A Street, Leduc. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 23, 10:30 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, South of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. Donations may be made to STARS Ambulance, Sport Central (Tiger Goldstick) or a charity of one's choice. In his life Wayne touched so many.
