PHILIPS, Neil R. - Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Friday October 26, 2007. Neil Philips of RR#1, Portland, in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Karen Beach. Dear father of Mark (Linda) Philips of Newboro, Micheal (Stacey) Philips of Elgin, Geoff (Jessica) Philips of Philipsville. Dear brother of Robin (Sheila) Philips of Jasper. Dear son of Bernice Kimere of Philipsville. Fondly remembered by grandchildren; Brandon, Emily, Reese, Alexander and Nathan. Also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew. The family will receive friends at the SCOTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Memorial Service in the Chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock.
