STEPANCHUK, Nellie Mabel (nee Davison) - of Port Colborne died at the Welland County General Hospital on Friday November 16, 2007 at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Stepanchuk (1987), loving mother of George Stepanchuk and his wife Lucille of Sherkston, Ward Stepanchuk and his wife Jocelyne of Port Colborne, James Stepanchuk of Brampton and Sharon Stepanchuk and her friend Robert White of Edmonton, Alberta, dear grandmother of Nick, Derek and Susan and great grandmother of Kobe and Tyler, sister of Alice Godin of Newmarket, Evelyn Cressey of Fort Erie, Delores Young of Fonthill, Faye Daniel and her husband Joseph of Niagara Falls, sister-in-law of Gerald Therrien of Midland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents Walter and Anna Davison, her sisters June Bucsis, Dorothy Neff and Eleanor Therrien and her brothers Ward, Charles and Donald Davison. Mrs. Stepanchuk was born in Port Colborne and has lived in this area all of her life. She was a member of St. James and St. Brendan's Anglican Church. Mrs. Stepanchuk's family will receive visitors at the PORT COLBORNE CHAPEL of the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES 135 Clarence St. on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday November 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Overholt Cemetery.
