Trevor Colin Graham November 08, 1981 - November 20, 2007 Extremely sad circumstances have us announcing our son's death in Kitchener on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at the age of 26. Trevor was born November 8, 1981. Husband of Lisa Swinden Graham of Liverpool, England. Forever loved and treasured by Colin Graham, Karyn Graham and Adam Graham. Supportive partners and friends Ria McQueen and Alex Wielhouwer. Loved grandson of Nanna Joan Graham and Dr. Sam Graham. Survived by his aunts Debbie Greenwood, Georgia Gedes and uncle Paul Graham. Fondly remembered by all his extended family. Predeceased by his grandparents Connie and George Greenwood and aunt Fiona.
