HIEMSTRA, Patricia - On Monday, December 10, 2007 in her 53rd year at her home in Port Hope. Patricia was the daughter of Houkjen and the late Pieter Hiemstra. Sister of Roger, Gary, Anna and Peter. Patricia will be sadly missed by her housemates, Barb Bester, Teresa Buwalda, Renna Buttar, Michele Ferguson, Bill Young and Geoffrey Kim and her caregivers of Christian Horizon Centre in Port Hope. Visitation will begin at noon followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in the chapel of COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. In memory of Patricia donations to Christian Horizon Centre would be appreciated by her family. 10930992
