Beloved husband of the late Vera Belle VanAlstyne. Dear father of Jack C. & his wife Theda of Glenburnie, William F. of Kingston, Ruth Ellen Keeler & her husband Frank of Howe Island and Al (Alexander) R. & his wife Marg of Kingston. Dear grandfather of Jack, Bill, Brent, Melissa and Jamie and great- grandfather of Katelyn, Kevin, Brennan, Kacy Lyn, Clark and Finnegan. Predeceased by seven brothers and one sister. The family will receive friends at the ROBERT J. REID & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 309 Johnson Street, (at Barrie Street), Kingston, Ontario on Thursday, December 6 between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on The Corner on Friday, December 7, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment at Napanee Cemetery.
