Daniel MACINTYRE

Daniel MacIntyre of Kapuskasing, died at Sensenbrenner Hospital on November 17, 2007. Mr. MacIntyre was born on June 16, 1928 in Roxborough. He worked as a welder at Spruce Falls for 42 years. He enjoyed hockey, curling, baseball, the company of his dogs – Simaba and Clarkson and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Shirley, two children, Wendy (Bill) of Mississauga and Dana (Nicole) of Kapuskasing; two brothers, Darwin and Leland, both of Brockville, as well as two grandchildren, Melissa and Randy. Mr. MacIntyre was predeceased by his parents, Mabel and Angus MacIntyre and one brother, Darcy. Reverend Brenda Lumsden officiated the funeral service November 19, 2007 at the Guenette Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at the Kapuksasing Cemetery. Donations may be made to Sensenbrenner Hospital. Funeral director was Guenette Funeral Home.
