Robert Leonard MEYER

Robert “Bob” Leonard Meyer, of Walkerton, passed away at Health Science Centre - University Campus, London on Friday, January 4, 2008. He was 68. Beloved husband of Carolyn (Brindley). Loving father of Kim and Steve Lantz of Hanover and cherished grandfather of Brittany and Nathan. Dear brother of Marilyn and Gilbert Claerhout of London, Joanne Dineen of St. Agatha, Cathy Reinhart of Carrick Township, and Gerry and Sue of Hanover. He will be missed by his brothers-in-law Ron and Sharon Brindley of Oshawa and Doug and Sue Brindley of Orangeville and many nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his brother-in-law Bob Reinhart and parents Leonard and Bernice (Schmidt) Meyer. Visitation was held at Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton, on Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Knox Presbyterian Church, Walkerton. Rev. Jeremy Sanderson officiated. Pallbearers were Chris Claerhout, Brian Batte, Alex Meyer, Brandon Weber, Troy Brindley and Chad Warren. Flower bearers were Brittany Lantz, Nathan Lantz, Sara Meyer and Debbie Reed.
