HURST, Doris Eileen (Craig) - It is with great sadness that the family of Doris Eileen (Craig) Hurst announces her passing on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at the age of 85, wife of the late Howard Hurst (2006). Sadly missed by her children John Hurst and his wife Beverley of Mississauga, Carolyn Hurst of London and Brian Hurst and his wife Joan of Sarnia and loving grandmother of Renee, Samantha, Katie and Mark. Also survived by her sister-in-law Mable Craig. Predeceased by her brothers Max and Neil and his wife Alice. Mrs. Hurst was a proud member of the Nu Chapter of the Delta Chi Sigma Sorority and volunteered at the New Hope School for many years. She also enjoyed playing cards in the afternoon with her bridge club. A celebration of Doris' life will be held in the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, January 15th at 1:30 p.m. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
