MURRAY, David. Passed away peacefully and suddenly on Sunday, July 11, 2004. Beloved companion of Ishun Nakhleh and her family, Karyn and Dave. Father of David Jr. and Leslie, loving grandfather of Colin and Amanda and survived by two nephews and their families in Australia. It was David's wish that no funeral be held. Cremation has taken place. Donations may be made in David's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements are entrusted to Rideau Funeral Home, (514) 685-3344. The Montreal Gazette
