Alice Amelia PRINGLE

CORBETT, Alice Amelia (nee Pringle) - formerly of Tweed and Toronto, passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, on Wednesday, January 23, 2008. Alice, in her 85th year, was the beloved wife of the late John Corbett. Predeceased by sisters Mary, Ada and Hazel. Survived by brother-in-law Danny Dafoe of Cannifton and special sister Mavis Blackburn (Don) of Madoc. Treasured Mom of Arlene (Ian) Colman of Burnt River, John (Colleen) Corbett of Calgary, Maureen (John) Corbett of Toronto and Marilyn (John) Waddell of Utopia. Proud and adored Grandma of Sean (deceased), Martin, Darrin, Christine, Wayne, Kelly, Heather, Trevor, Caleb and Sarah. Cherished Greatgrandma of Megan, Brooklynn and Paige. Beloved Aunt and Great Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be conducted by the Rev William Perry, at the CASSIDY FUNERAL HOME, Tweed, on Monday, January 28, at 11 a.m., with visitation 1 hour prior from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment Victoria Cemetery, Tweed.
