John A. FORSYTH

FORSYTH, John A. was born on June 17, 1922 at Conquest, SK and passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2007 in Regina, SK. He was predeceased by his parents Abe and Pauline "Tot"; brothers Alex and Reg and sister Laura Ward. John leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Anne, of 62 years; daughter Ann (Vern) Johnstone; son David (Twila) Forsyth; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister-in-law Avis Forsyth; Anne's brother Peter Riou of Winnipeg, MB; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. John was in the Army serving with the Postal-Corp; it was there that he met Anne, the love of his life. In 1985, John retired from Sherwood Coop as General Manager. He then moved on to the Labour Relations Board. John had a great love of music and many family and friends have his tapes. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. At John's request, a PRIVATE SERVICE will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to Regina Palliative Care Inc., 4F 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 1A5.
