LUCK, Jeanne Cecile (Jo) - It is with sadness, but in celebration of a good, long life that we announce the passing on February 11, 2008 of Jo Luck in her 93rd year. Jo was predeceased by her husband Jack (1963). She will be remembered with love by her children Judy (Laurie) Veysey and George (Diane) Luck; her grandchildren Christopher (Ju), Mark (Amy) and Sara (Steve); her great-grandchildren Madeline, Emily and Antonio; her sister Bebe; and her nieces DJ and Bon. She will also be missed by Barb and Hutchie and the many friends whose lives she touched throughout her long life. Former Director of Volunteers at KGH, founding member of the Kingston Symphony Association, Past President of the Elizabeth Fry Society (Kingston), Pittsburgh Township Citizen of the Year, member of the Board of Directors of Dominion Home Inspectors Inc, long serving member of Kingston General Hospital's Board of Governors, and many more community activities. In keeping with Jo's wishes there will be no visitation or service, but she asked that you raise your glass in a toast to family and good friends. Remember the Glug parties! The family would to express a very sincere thanks to Dr. John Erb and the wonderful staff at Carveth Care in Gananoque for their support.
