ABELOVSKY, Joseph - It is with sorrow that we announce the passing away of Joseph Abelovsky (age 58), Saturday, February 2, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elliot Lake. Beloved husband of Linda, loving father of Jodi (Debbie) and Christopher (Tanya). Cherished grandfather of Eyrica, Tanisha, Sydney and Nicole. He is survived by his sisters; Margaret (Ray) Gladu, Mary (Roland) Varieur and Elizabeth (Gerry) Funk. Joseph will be truly missed by numerous acquaintances, friends and relatives. A Religious service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima. In lieu of flowers, a donation to either the Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by his family.
