DUCHARME, Célestine - Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Friday, February 15, 2008 at the age of 95. Célestine Ducharme (née Gignac) was the beloved wife of the late Lionel Ducharme and loved mother of Rolland (Thérèse), Jeanne Koselek-Armstrong (John Koselek- deceased, Gilbert Armstrong) both of North Bay and Alice Ducharme (Jim Hanson) of Victoria, B.C. She will be lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandson. Dear sister of Lucrece Forge. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph Louis Gignan and Rose Alba, four brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Ducharme was a former teacher; she was a member of Club l'Amicale and Les dame de Ste-Anne. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home, Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel, Monday at 11:15 a.m. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium.
