Anna SCHANNEN

Anna Taubner (née Schannen) December 15, 2000 - May 16, 2004 On Sunday, May 16, 2004, Anna Taubner of Edmonton passed away at the age of 94 years. Anna is survived by her 3 sons, Rudy, Bob and Ric, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and was predeceased by her loving husband Paul and 2 daughters, Anita and Katie. She immigrated to this country with her 2 brothers in 1929, soon married Paul, and settled in Rossland B.C. where they started their family, later moving to Edmonton in 1947. Her family was her life and she was a very loving mother. A Funeral Service for Anna will be held at 10 AM Thursday May 20 at South Side Memorial Chapel (8310 – 104 Street). Interment to follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens. The family is very grateful to the wonderful staff at Third Lynnwood and Dr. Dominic Leung.
