MATHIEU, Gladys Madeline - Peacefully in hospital Pembroke on Saturday, February 9th, 2008 in her 93rd year. Gladys Madeline Mathieu (nee Keeler) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Leo Mathieu Sr.. Loving mother of Leo Jr. (Debbie) of Pembroke, Hilda (Doug) Severin of Hanmer, Donna (Terry) Hoffman of Pembroke and Yvette (Bill) O'Leary of Trenton. Caring grandmother of Barry (Shannon), Bart (Laurie), Wade, Shawn (Maxine), Troy (Rachèle), Joshua (Lise), Jason (Kim), Sheree, Emily and Katie. Caring great grandmother of Kyle, Ashley, Jasmine, Carter, Brandon, Jessa, Cole, Lexus, Avery Lynn, Zoee, Braeden and Joshua. Predeceased by her parents Joseph Arthur and Florence Keeler (nee Merkley), by grandson Derek, by daughter-in-law Leona Mathieu, by sisters Clara and Chloie, and by brother James Keeler. Visitation at the NEVILLE FUNERAL HOME, 491 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Columbkille's Cathedral, Pembroke on Tuesday, February 12th, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment St. Columba's Cemetery, Pembroke.
