MERREDEW, Justice C. Russell - The family of the Honourable Justice C. Russell Merredew, Ontario Court of Justice (retired), announce his passing on the third day of February 2008. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, father-in-law and good friend to many. Send cards of condolence only please. In lieu of flowers, a donation in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, Pembroke Regional Hospital, Zion Lutheran Church or the R.C.A. Heritage Fund would be appreciated.
