BOUDREAU, Karissa Paige BOUDREAU, Karissa Paige - Passed away at the tender age of 12, in Bridgewater. Born October 4, 1995, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital, she was a daughter of Paul Boudreau, Shelburne, and Penny (Dawe) Boudreau, Bridgewater. Karissa enjoyed her Nintendo DS, swimming, stuffed animals, reading, and listening to music like The Spice Girls, Miley Cyrus, Hillary Duff. During her short life she had finished a babysitting course and was a peer-mediator at Bridgewater Elementary. Besides her parents, she is survived by her loving stepfather, Shane Boudreau, Bridgewater; brother, Christian LeBlanc, Shelburne; sister, Raya Boudreau, Caledonia; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Suzanne Grear, Shelburne; maternal grandparents, Barry and Marsha Dawe, Clark's Harbour; paternal great-grandparents, Barney and Elsie Goulden, Shelburne; maternal great-grandmother, Beatrice Dawe, Newfoundland; aunt, Chrissy (Darren), Clark's Harbour; uncle Joey (LeeAnn), Wood's Harbour; aunt, Melanie (Jamie), Port LaTour; uncle, Bub (Chasity), Mill Village; many great-uncles, aunts and cousins. She was predeceased by maternal grandmother, Sharon O'Reilly; maternal great-grandparents, Edward and Gladys O'Reilly, and maternal great-grandfather, Phillip Dawe. No visitation by family's request. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in H. Huskilson's Memorial Chapel, Barrington, Rev. Perry Ingersoll officiating. Interment will be in Oakvale Cemetery, Clark's Harbour. Family flowers only.
