JONES, Phyllis Gertrude - Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Monday, February 18th, 2008, Phyllis Jones (nee McMann) at 81 years of age. Beloved wife of Arthur Jones. Cherished sister to Jean Phillips, Bill McMann (Nancy), the late Gladys Spalding, Ruth Bevan, Lorraine Bevan, and Shirley McMann. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Very special aunt to Judy Elliott (Bill), John Bevan (Mary), Jan Bradford (Steve), Joy Bevan (Rob), Jaye Bevan (Sandy) and families. Step-mother to Fred Jones (Pauline) and Shirley Hicks. A Funeral Service will be held at MacCOUBREY FUNERAL HOME, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Wednesday, February 20th, at 2 pm. Interment to follow at the Heritage Cemetery of St. Peter in Cobourg. Visitation to be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 19th, from 7 to 9 pm and again on Wednesday, February 20th, from 12 noon until 2 pm. The Ladies' Auxiliary of the Cobourg Legion Branch 133 will have a walk through on Tuesday, February 19th assembling for 6:45 pm.
