POIRIER, John - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday February 24, 2008, of Brantford, 83 years of age. Much loved husband of Fran Poirier (nee Dunsdon). Loving father of Richard (Nicole) Quebec City, and Tom (Phyllis) Guelph. Very special Papa to Erin (Chris) and Kyla (Brian) and great grandfather to Nick and Kurtis all of Guelph. Survived by four sisters Catherine, Bea, Pauline and Madeline, two brothers Albert and Simon. Friends will be received at DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Brantford, on Wednesday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. Donations to Canadian Diabetic Association or the charity of your choice.
