Mae Helena MOREAU

GEROUX, MAE HELENA, nee Moreau, passed away at the Huronia District Hospital on Friday February 22, 2008 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Alphonse Geroux. Dear mother of Helena Thompson (Gary) of Oshawa, Joe Geroux (Bernie) of Midland, Donna Hamilton of Mississauga, Dennis Geroux (Angelone) of Edmonton, Cheryl O'Hara (Kevin) of Waubaushene, Wendy Trewin (Jay) of Oshawa, Janet Huttmann (Roger) of Oshawa. Predeceased by son Terrance and daughter in law Susan. Loving grandmother to 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Arthur Moreau (Zeila), Barbara Woodcock (Wayne), Allan (Leona), Ewen, Manley, and the late Marjorie, Edward, Beverly, Joseph and Earlin. She will be sadly missed by her many friends (Happy Gang Members). She was a long time member of the Ladies Auxilliary Branch 523 Victoria Harbour. A funeral mass was held at St. John's Church, Waubaushene, on Tuesday, February 26th. Spring interment St. John's Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society Head Shave would be appreciated. The family wish to thank the staff at the Princess Margaret Hospital, the Royal Victoria Hospital, and the Huronia District Hospital for their great care, and thanks also to Dr. Poonja.
