BEAUVAIS, Marie Cornelia Josephina (nee Vesters) - Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Thursday, February 28th, 2008, Marie Beauvais at 66 years of age. Beloved wife of Guy Beauvais. Dear mother of Diana Gate (Peter), Ronald Haslam (Nancy), Gordon Haslam (Maggie) and step-mother of Guy Beauvais (Joyce), Gary Beauvais and Tammy Green (Stacy). Cherished grandmother of twelve grandchildren. Sister of Martin, Rica, Bill, John, Tony, Hank, Antonetta, Mike, and predeceased by Wilma and Ted. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Church in Grafton on Wednesday, March 5th, at 11 am. Cremation to follow the Mass with later interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Whitby. Visitation to be held at MacCOUBREY FUNERAL HOME, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Tuesday, March 4th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers will be held on Tuesday, March 4th at 9 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a memorial donation by cheque to the Kingston Cancer Clinic, the Children's Wish Foundation, or the NHH - Palliative Care Unit.
