COURNEYA, James Avard Suddenly, at Winchester and District Hospital on Monday, February 18, 2008. James Courneya age 56 years. Beloved son of Orval and Joyce Courneya of Deep River. Dear brother of Janice Breckon and her husband Mark of Deep River. Dear uncle of Shen, Amanda, Jarrel and Chela. Beloved nephew and cousin of a large extended family. Jim was a graduate of Carleton University and a lifelong bridge player. He will be remembered for his keen intellect, sharp card skills and his humorous wit. By request there will be no visitation. Cremation. Interment of cremated remains will be conducted at a later date. In memoriam donations to the North Renfrew Family Services, Deep River would be gratefully appreciated.
